At Mr Kitchenery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order if:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product is defective or malfunctioning.

  • The wrong item was received.

Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases or buyer's remorse.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wants the product after delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, Mr Kitchenery will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Important:

  • Customers must not purchase their own return shipping label.

  • Customers must not ship products to any address listed on our website or store without authorization.

  • Returns will only be accepted when shipped using the prepaid return label provided directly by Mr Kitchenery.

  • Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.

5. Product Condition

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, returns may still be accepted even if:

  • The product has been used reasonably to identify the defect.

  • The original packaging is missing.

  • The issue developed during normal use within the 30-day return period.

Additional information may be requested by our support team to verify the reported issue.

6. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item

Our team will assist you in selecting the preferred resolution.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or becomes defective within the 30-day return period, customers may be eligible for a full refund after the issue has been reviewed and approved.

If a refund is issued, customers wishing to receive the product again may place a new order through our store.

8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, or once sufficient evidence has been provided when a physical return is not required, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

9. Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, customers may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Lost package investigations may require coordination with the shipping carrier before a refund can be approved.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 2 hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed because orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment.
