All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events.

2. Shipping Destinations

Mr Kitchenery currently ships to customers within the United States.

We plan to expand shipping services to the United Kingdom and European Union in the future. Any updates regarding new shipping destinations will be announced on our website.

3. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 7–12 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days after dispatch in most cases

Many of our products are fulfilled through trusted international suppliers located in the United States and overseas. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on product availability, carrier performance, weather conditions, and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Mr Kitchenery cannot guarantee recovery of the package. Any reshipment requested due to an incorrect address may require the customer to pay additional shipping costs.

Lost package investigations may require coordination with the shipping carrier and can take several business days to complete.

If a package is confirmed as lost, a refund will generally be initiated within 14–21 days following verification of the loss.
